The LG VX-8500 known as the Chocolate, comes in a sleek slider design with hidden touch keys. The phone is equipped with features that include a music player, memory card slot, and EV-DO. Other key attributes include stereo Bluetooth, a megapixel camera, QVGA display, and speaker-independent voice control.
This is LG’s latest HSDPA phone, the multi-tasking KH1300, which can transfer 3.6 Mb per second and is equipped with various animated emoticons to make that video call to your boss just that little bit more amusing. Other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, portable storage drive, MP3 and video players but, unfortunately for some, no scantly dressed sexy ninja cyborgs. No word as to whether it will show up over here, but if it does, be prepared to shell out around $430. A couple more pics after the jump.
The New LG HSDPA Phone [Akihabara News]
The 3G-enabled LG Viewty, otherwise known as LG KU990, is now getting an EDGE-only version - the LG KE990.
The LG KE990 is a variant of the LG Viewty (LG KU990) which has all of the same features mentioned above with the exception of HSDPA support and instead packs GPRS/EDGE, dual band (850/900 Mhz) support . In the LG lineup, the first two letters typically define the network support, KU is reserved for 3G UTMS/HSDPA phones while KE notates EDGE data support.

LG KF510 makes us wonder how much sweeter Chocolate can get. Undoubtedly of the same bloodline, the two handsets take a different approach to full touch navigation with InteractPad and Touch Lighting. The rest of the ammo is basically the same. The really sleek metallic finish and bigger 2.2″ display (no InteractPad to shrink the screen) are the LG KF510 major assets. The ultra slim slider has the looks and handling to get us exited, so let’s get rolling.
